RMR SINGLE-FAMILY PRODUCTION
The RMR Single-Family Production report monitors all developments of 15 lots or more within the Greater Orlando area, including Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Northeast Polk and Southwest Volusia Counties. Projects are identified during the development approval process, and then continually monitored on a quarterly basis until build-out and close-out. Our research methodology includes quarterly onsite inventory of construction starts, completed homes and vacant lots, courthouse-verified closing activity, quarterly update of available floor plans and pricing, onsite inspection of project features and amenities, monthly update of recorded plats and plan submittals for new phases.
CWC has monitored over 3,300 single-family production projects since its inception in 1983, and currently tracks over 500 which are now active within the metro area. Each RMR Single-Family Production report encompasses the following:
LOCATION MAPS identify the geographic location of each project within 19 submarket areas defined for the Greater Orlando area
PROJECT DIRECTORIES are available for all projects by key features of each, providing sorts based on location, project name, builder, price range, construction starts and closings.
TREND REPORTS provide market and submarket summaries of activity for the Greater Orlando area. Tables and graphs provide a quick overview of submarket trends relative to level of activity, construction starts, closings, lot inventory and pricing.
PROJECT PROFILES provide detailed competitive information on every individual single-family project monitored. Each one page profile includes information on over 100 data elements, including owner/builder, site features, amenities, floor plans offered, current pricing and price history, development status, construction starts, closings, sales volume, average sales price, and more. These profiles are updated quarterly to provide current and accurate information.
